General Settings

Basic Device Information

Retrieves asset and network information from the device displaying this data in the device’s Summary tab. Automatically included in the policy.

Usage

Storage Information

Queries the device for the internal and external storage capacities with the current usage and free space available displayed in the Summary

Call History

Retrieves overview details including the phone number, start and end time as well as the duration of any calls made to or from the device since the installation of the Mobile Device Management app. This information is displayed in the device’s Calls tab

Message History

Retrieves overview details including the phone number and time of any messages sent from or to the device since the installation of the Mobile Device Management app. This information is displayed in the device’s Messages tab

Mobile Data Usage

Tracks the mobile data usage of the device, collating and uploading this information to the Dashboard daily where it appears in the Data Usage tab for the device.

Installed Apps

Retrieves information on the applications currently installed on the device and displays the returned details application Name, Package Name, Version - in the Apps tab

Although the Microsoft Windows Phone 8.1 policy does not have an explicit Set Passcode option.

Selecting Reset Passcode effectively sets a passcode on the device if one was not previously configured.

Similarly, the Google Android policy does not have an explicit Reset Passcode option.

Selecting Set Passcode effectively resets the passcode.
