The Apple iOS Mobile Device Management Policy supports multiple e-mail accounts. To enter an account click The Description and Account Type of any entered accounts is displayed in the E-Mail dialog window. Click |

Authentication Type |
The authentication type configured for the account: None (Prompt), Password, MD5 Challenge-Response, NTLM, HTTP MD5 Digest Where anything other than None is entered the additional Authentication: Password option is displayed. |
Use SSL |
Use an encrypted SSL connection to send mail to the mail server |

Allow Recent Address Syncing |
Allows recently used addresses to be synced with other devices via iCloud |
Use SSL |
Use an encrypted SSL connection to send mail to the mail server |
Please note, where the E-Mail address is left blank the user will be prompted to enter the e-mail address and password. Known Apple iOS 7 issue: when editing an existing email profile, any changes to the Outgoing Mail Settings do not propagate to the device. |

Please note, the above information must precisely match the corresponding entries in Active Directory. * Please be aware that where a specific user or email address is entered each device receiving the configuration profile will apply the same email account settings. |
