Dashboard URLs
There are a number of options available to access the Dashboard from the main website login page, to using one of the below URLs.
Simply select the primary URL that corresponds to your Remote Monitoring & Management territory and enter your login credentials when prompted.
As part of our availability improvements we no longer require the secondary (WWW2) Dashboards. Similarly, with the Custom Dashboard URL release the Dashboard2 secondary URLs are no longer required.
We utilize a Single Sign-On service for authentication; once you navigate to your Dashboard URL, you are then redirected to the Single Sign-On service’s universal login page at https://www.navigatorlogin.com where the user authentication takes place. After successfully entering your credentials you are directed back to your originally entered URL and Dashboard.
For example in the US you could go to https://dashboard.systemmonitor.us/, this will then redirect you to https://www.navigatorlogin.com to authenticate, once successful you are returned to https://dashboard.systemmonitor.us/ and your Dashboard displayed.
If any Dashboard users (both Staff and Client) experience problems reaching any of these URLs, including https://www.navigatorlogin.com, it may be necessary to add the URL to the allowed list on any Firewall or Web/URL content filtering to ensure users can access the Dashboard access.

Please be aware that the below columns are independent of each other. For example, there is not a one-to-one relationship between the Dashboard URLs and Load Balancing Servers IP Addresses.
