Uninstall PSA

To remove the ConnectWise integration from the Dashboard, for example where ConnectWise is no longer used or the administrative account username details have changed, go to:

  1. Settings
  2. PSA Integration
  3. Uninstall
  4. Enter the password of the user you have currently logged into the Dashboard under to confirm removal
  5. OK to confirm removal
