Setup PSA Integration
The first stage when enabling PSA Integration is to setup the PSA tool in the Dashboard including the integrator account against which all tickets are automatically recorded by default and the ticket creation behavior.
- Login to your Dashboard
- Go to Settings > PSA Integration > Setup
