Send Check IDs

Each Alert Routing section has the option to Send Check IDs in the Email Header. This adds the system's identification information for the Check, Device and Site to the email header in the following format:

X-SYSTEMMONITOR-CHECKIDS: 123456
X-SYSTEMMONITOR-DEVICEID: 98765432
X-SYSTEMMONITOR-SITEID: 78909

These identifiers may prove useful where email Alerts are sent to a helpdesk system to raise  tickets, as well as subsequently close them through recovery Alerts (where email header strings are supported by the helpdesk).

Enabling Check IDs includes the X-SYSTEMMONITOR-DEVICEID in Data Overdue and Data Received email alerts from Dashboard v5.41.4 onwards.
