I had planned on making Roasted Fresh Corn, Poblano and Cheddar Pizza with corn from there, but I ended up having to get it at the grocery store. I find myself now reaching for the carrot sticks instead of the french fries, a mix of almonds and Greek Yogurt instead of a slice of chocolate cake. Since I had so many Hungarian black peppers on hand, I used five of those instead of the poblano–this made the pizza a little more mild, but it was still really good. They have that savory flavor that makes sausage so yummy and they’re made with real, whole foods unlike a lot of frozen vegetarian sausage.
