This is a favorite of mine for my Mommy Boot Campers who I train 3 times a week at 5:00 AM.
Get that booty outside to soak up some of that Vitamin D…Sweat it out…Be happy that Spring is here! They’re all great for the beautiful outdoors, depending of course on what the weather is like near you.
It has been a while since I have shared a workout with y’all and hope that you like these three as much as I do.


On days I can’t make it to the gym, I workout in the backyard while the kids play, so these are perfect!
TEAM TABATAInstead of setting your timer for 20 seconds, like you would for a typical Tabata workout, set a cone at the 20 yard line and a second cone at the 10 yard line. 1 MINUTE DRILLSSome of these will require partners or participation from the entire boot camp class.
