This page is a complete overview of the 21 Day Fix Extreme program that includes information about the workouts and a sample meal plan from my first week on the program. After completing Dirty 30 I definitely think Cardio Fix, Plyo Fix and Lower Fix were a lot tougher but this workout was not easy!
