Search FAQ’s:
As you search for answers to your questions, you can easily move from one function to another using the tabs on the tab bar. Be aware that you must have a customer account to access certain functions.

Searching FAQ’s...
To use the FAQ search mode, type as much of the word or phrase as you know in
the Search FAQ’s text box and click the Search button next to the
text field. The best-matching answer links will be displayed at the bottom.
Other answers with the same topic answers are also displayed, in descending
order.
Answers:
v Print Answer—Click on the printer icon link located on the left to print the answer.
v
Documents…
Displays all documents related to this product. Installation manual, parts
explosions, specifications or any other instructional information related to
this product in PDF format.
v Submit Rating—Select a rating from the drop down menu and click Submit Rating to rate the usefulness of the answer. Once you rate the answer, a feedback form will open where you can tell us whether this answer did or not completely answer your question and how we can improve it to better suit your needs. Your feedback will help us improve the answers to our consumers and in our knowledge base.

Home:
This page displays all your old and recent cases submitted to us with a corresponding case number.

View Details…
The “details” link allows you to view the all the details of a specific
case.

Add a comment…
If you would like to update an existing email, you can do so by clicking on the
“Add A Comment” link at the top of the page. This will bring up a new
form for you to submit a new comment or question for this specific

Upload document…
If you would like to upload an image to a new or existing email, you can do so
by clicking on the “Upload Document” link at the top of the page. This
will bring up a new form for you to upload the image(s) of your product(s),
enter a new comment or question for this specific case and submit.

Case Number…
The case number is assigned to every order or email that is sent in for
reference. Every case number assigned is unique and specific to that order or
email.
v
Date Submitted…
Displays the date in which the email or order was submitted to us.
v
Status…
Displays the status of your order or email as it is periodically updated.
v
Ask a Question…
If you did not find what you were looking for, our “Ask a Question” link
is provided for further assistance on the left hand side of the page.

My registered products…
The “products” tab displays all the products you currently have
registered. You can access this tab to find information about your products such
as model or sku number, age of product or where the model was purchased.

Register my product…
The “products” tab also allows you to register new product by clicking on
the “Register products” link located on the right side of the page.
MY Account:
v
Profile…
The My Account tab allows you to view and edit your account and contact
information. Note: You MUST be logged in to edit any of these fields.
The account and contact information includes your first and last name, telephone
number(s), street address fields and email address may also be available for
update.
Note: Update your contact information whenever it changes to keep your
account current.

Change Password…
The My Account tab allows you to change your password by clicking on the
“Change Password” button and following the steps.

Change Email address…
The My Account tab allows you to change your email address by clicking on
the “Edit” button and changing your email address or any other
information. Note: Please be aware that changing
your email address will change your account login name.

Promotional offers…
Click on the “Edit” button and select the brand(s) from which you would
like to receive promotional offer notifications. If you do not wish to receive
promotional offer notifications, simply uncheck all the boxes and then submit.
Cases:
This page displays all your old and recent order or email cases submitted to us with a corresponding case number.

Login:

Login failed…
The login
ID and password combination you provided is invalid. If you believe you may have
mistyped either value, retype your username and password in the login page and
try again.

Reset password…
If you believe you have forgotten your password, you can click the “Reset
Password” link at the bottom right corner of the login box and request that
your password be reset. You must have an account before you can submit a
question to us.

Setup an account…
If you are a new user and would like to set up an account, click the “Setup
New Account” link at the bottom right corner of the login box and follow the
steps to set up the new account. Once the account has been created, you will
receive a confirmation email. You must have an account before you can submit a
question to us.
