In the meantime,В I noticed an increase of energy and a decrease in cravings for junk foods.В I also dropped weight quickly and went from 147 pounds down to my ideal weight of 107 pounds! However, I enjoy exceptional health by drinking green smoothies, eating lots of fresh, whole foods and fun workouts that give me the figure I always wanted.
