I say if they are ever going to benefit from eating one of those tasty freezer meals, they can roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty! I order most of my meat in bulk from Zaycon foods, so I end up with pound after pound of meat to process, cook and freeze. I’ve been a household of one for many many years and started freezing my meals as a way to save money and to exercise portion control. Before we lose our garden (and our rosemary), I might do a whole batch of JUST honey rosemary chicken- I think my family would eat that one once every couple weeks. Other options include using freezer bags (best for soups, meat in marinades, or burgers), glass Pyrex 8x8 casserole dishes with lids, or disposable foil pans with lids.
