And I’m sure if you have any type of diabetes you know how important tracking the food choices is and how easy it is to go over and not know what is the right amount to eat. They make cooking for diabetes management an exciting experience rather than a dreary chore.


So when opportunity came I was super interested in this cookbook just because I wanted to cook healthy, yummy meals for the baby and myself and not eat the wrong things that could harm either one of us.
