Diet is a key component in losing weight and keeping fit but it may turn out that avoiding and eating certain foods may help with skin conditions such as acne or wrinkles.

This article has been a long time coming, and it is hard for me to post pictures and write about my journey with acne.
Finally, after years of struggling with facial and body acne, I feel like I am ready to share what I have learned to stop zits and breakouts.
