The crypto wallet market has spent a decade converging on the same shape: a long list of supported tokens, a swap button, and not much else. PRXWallet, which operates at prxwallet.com, has taken a narrower and more opinionated route — building a single account around one asset and expanding outward from there.
The premise is in the name. PRX is XRP reversed, and the platform's logo animates between the two. XRP is not one entry in a dropdown; it is the settlement asset the rest of the product is organised around.
One account instead of several
A typical crypto user runs several applications at once: one to hold assets, another to swap them, a broker for equities, and something else for charts. PRXWallet consolidates those functions. Users hold XRP, BTC, ETH and SOL alongside USDT and USDC across their native networks, swap between them at live oracle prices, trade tokenized equities and commodities, and open leveraged positions — from a single login.
The equity list includes tokenized versions of NVIDIA, Tesla, Apple, Microsoft, Alphabet, Amazon, Meta, Netflix, Coinbase and Strategy, alongside gold, silver and WTI crude. Prices track the underlying markets, and each asset has its own page with charts across five timeframes, a plain-language overview and headlines refreshed daily.
Pricing built for acquisition
The platform's most concrete commercial decision is its swap fee: conversions involving XRP are free in both directions, while all other pairs carry a flat 0.1%. That is a deliberate attempt to become the cheapest route in and out of XRP, with revenue deferred to the non-XRP pairs and the futures book rather than collected at the entry point.
Custody and risk design
PRXWallet is custodial, and describes its mechanics openly. Every user receives a unique deposit address on each supported chain rather than sharing a pooled address; deposits are swept into a hot wallet, and balances above a configurable threshold are moved to cold storage automatically. Keys are AES-encrypted at rest, accounts support TOTP two-factor authentication, and withdrawals, swaps and sign-ins each trigger an email notification. The platform runs a withdrawal review pipeline and daily encrypted backups.
Its futures module offers up to 15× leverage margin in USDT, and the disclosure design is unusually forward. The liquidation price appears before a position is opened and updates live as leverage is adjusted. A margin-call warning is sent in-app and by email at 80% margin loss, ahead of liquidation. Positions close in one tap and losses are capped at posted margin. Leveraged products remain unsuitable for most retail participants, but surfacing the liquidation number at the point of decision runs against the platform's own short-term volume.
Built for a global user base
The interface follows exchange conventions — dark mode by default, green and red market coloring, tabular numerals — while staying deliberately minimal. It is fully responsive with a native-style bottom tab bar on mobile, supports light and dark themes, and ships in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Korean, Japanese, Russian and French, including full right-to-left support.
The strategy is a focused one. PRXWallet is not competing for every trader; it is trying to be the only account an XRP-centric user needs. Whether that market is large enough to sustain a full trading platform is the open question — and the one the next year will answer.
Trading digital assets and leveraged products involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.
