What types of cards do you provide and how do I issue one?

When issuing your account you will receive a virtual card automatically.
After opening your new account, you can get a physical card on the h.way app. To request a physical card, you will need to deposit money in your h.way account or get a subscription.

Follow these steps to issue a physical card:

1. Open the homepage on the app.
2. Tap "Cards". You'll see options for Requesting a physical card.
3. Select your preference and tap on issue.
4. Enter your home address to complete the process.

It's that easy! Give it about 3-7 business days for your card to arrive. While you wait, use your virtual card.
