How do I close my account?

As much as we hate to see you close your account, we make it really easy to close it any time.

To close your account follow these easy steps:

1. Go to "Menu".
2. Tap on "Profile" and select "Close h.way Account".
3. Read the requirements and enter your app PIN to accept closing the account.
4. One of our agents will contact you shortly.

To close your account make sure your balance is at $0 and you have no pending transactions. Only the account holder can close the account. By law we are not able to close the account automatically. This process may take up to 24 business hours.

*When you close your account, your cards will be canceled, and the subsciptions will be suspended, but it doesn't mean that pending charges will be canceled.

*Remember the h.way account does not have any maintainance fees or minimum balance.
