Transaction Information
Phunware, Inc. (NASDAQ: PHUN), a fully-integrated enterprise cloud platform for mobile that provides products, solutions, data and services for brands worldwide, has closed an underwritten public offering of 11,761,111 shares of common stock. The shares were sold at the public offering price of $2.25 per share, resulting in the gross proceeds to Phunware of approximately $26.5 million. Phunware intends to use the proceeds to satisfy obligations to redeem outstanding convertible debt and for working capital and general corporate purposes.
Roth Capital Partners acted as joint book-running manager for the offering.
