						GT Biopharma, Inc. (NASDAQ: GTBP), a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of its disruptive, target-directed Natural Killer (NK) cell engager immunotherapy protein biologic platform technology: TriKE(TM) for cancer and infectious diseases, has closed an underwritten public offering of 4,945,000 units, which includes an additional 645,000 units pursuant to the full exercise of the over-allotment option granted to the underwriters.  Each unit consisted of one share of GT Biopharma's common stock and one warrant to purchase one share of common stock at a public offering price of $5.50 per unit, resulting in gross proceeds to GT Biopharma of approximately $27.2 million.
