Clearside Biomedical, Inc. (NASDAQ:CLSD), a biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing and delivering treatments that restore and preserve vision for people with serious back of the eye diseases, has closed a sale of 4,209,050 shares of common stock with institutional investors and certain existing stockholders. The shares were sold at price of $2.851 per share, resulting in the gross proceeds to Clearside Biomedical of approximately $12.0 million.
