Formative Assessment Strategies in the Secondary Classroom
Description
This session will illustrate formative assessment strategies that have been successfully used in the secondary math classroom. Participants will actively engage in practices that align with Dylan Wiliam's (2011) five formative assessment strategies, that elicit student thinking, and that builds on student thinking to move learning forward.
