Improve Your Talk Moves: "Link" Student's Responses and "Press" for More
Description
Participants will identify talk moves that elicit deeper student thinking when solving cognitively challenging tasks. Participants will use rubrics to reflect on talk moves shared within classroom videos. They extend this experience as they consider how to use talk moves to provide opportunities for students' voices in mathematical discussions.
