Does Social Justice Really Make a Difference in Student Learning?

Description

While social justice is advanced as a tool for achieving equity, it is unclear what it looks like in practice. Participants will gain an eyewitness view into a classroom in which this orientation prevails. Preliminary results from action research conducted by a classroom educator will be shared, including strategies, methods, and assessment.
