The Power of Teaching

Description

What is entailed in just and skillful use of discretion in teaching? How do we learn to interrupt patterns that persistently marginalize students? We have agency we can use, but this demands that we see and overcome patterns in our experience, training, and the systems in which we work. We will examine and learn through specific practical examples.
