Supporting Students with Severe Special Education Needs in Early Number Development

Description

This presentation discusses development of coherent foci by collaborative task design and planning for early childhood students identified with severe special education needs. A case study of Cameron, a first-grade student identified with Down syndrome, will exemplify effects of inclusive mathematics practices in a first-grade classroom.
