This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you use the 360Works Email Plugin.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The 360Works Plugin is a plugin for FileMaker and provides a generic programming interface that developers can use to interact with SMTP, IMAP, and POP mail servers. It is the responsibility of the FileMaker Developer using the plugin to responsibly manage the data being passed to the plugin, and being sent to and from these mail servers. 360Works can make no guarantees as to how the FileMaker Developer will use your information, only how the 360Works Email Plugin handles the information being passed to it.

All personal information passed to the plugin is stored in memory, and cleared when disconnected from the mail server, with the exception of attachments and downloaded emails: Attachments and downloaded emails are stored in temporary files, and a best effort is made to delete these temporary files when the mail servers are disconnected from.

When you use the 360Works Email Plugin you need to register the plugin in order to use all features. When you register the plugin, we collect the following information:

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use your License Key, Registered To Name, and FileMaker Environment to ensure you are using the 360Works Email Plugin in accordance with your license agreement.

If you are submitting a Problem Report, we use your email address to communicate with you. We use your log files to identify the issues you are facing and provide you with advice on how to overcome the issues you are reporting to us.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights. Outside of these circumstances, we do not share your data with any third parties. Support tickets and problem reports you have opened with us are not shared, and are for internal use only. License Keys and Registered To Names are only used to validate your license.

Please note that we do not alter the 360Works Email Plugin's data collection and use practices when there is a Do Not Track signal.

YOUR RIGHTS

When you submit a Problem Report, we will maintain your Problem Report Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
