I am a coffee connoisseur. I have tried every machine from the Senseo to the Bunn Home Cafe (very expensive coffee brewer) to the French Press. I am tired of the "pod" machines because you just cannot get a good cup of coffee, even when you make your own pods. Therefore, I researched numerous coffee brewers and was contemplating getting a Keurig when I spotted this coffee brewer during a TV commercial. My first thought was that this is the ideal concept -- scooping your own coffee -- no pods or K-cups. I purchased this brewer and was determined not to like it because it wasn't an "expensive" brewer. While it does have several inconveniences, like having to refill the water reservoir each time you want a cup of coffee, bottom line is it makes the best cup of coffee for a single serve coffee maker that I've ever tasted! It is a simple machine, but ideal for those who just want a delicious cup of coffee each time you turn it on. Another plus, the water gets very hot, unlike other machines I've used where the water comes out luke warm. |

We love this brewer! The best benefit is a fresh, just-brewed cup of coffee every time. The k-cups are more expensive than buying bulk coffee but we were throwing away partially brewed pots of coffee every day with our old brewer. Plus, the savings in time not having to clean the carafe and dump the filter of grounds and then cleaning that is well worth it. Also, you can purchase a reusable filter for it if you want to continue to use non-kcup coffee. Believe me, it is still WAY less expensive than what you pay in the popular coffee houses and the coffee is just as good, or better. |

Keurig Single Cup vs Cuisinart One Cup Comparison |

I have tried many different coffee makers. I like the Cuisinart DCC-3000 very much. The left side of the coffeemaker holds the water and this is very easy to fill. I am very pleased with this one. It does sound a ring tone when it is done dripping, however, it is very faint and if you are not standing close to it, you will not hear it. It has a meter that tells you how much coffee is left in the reservoir. That seems to appear accurate to me. This one has a light right above the coffee cup which is an advantage compared to the older models. You can see when your coffee cup is getting full. I would recommend this coffee maker. I have had no problems with the Cuisinart models at all. It is fully programmable. |

I had this machine for three years and never had a problem. It's great for families that get up at different times. So many of the other brands seem to stop working -- I'm grateful I paid the extra money for the Breville. |

Love this single brew coffee maker!! My last Keurig coffee pot finally bit the dust so I bought this one; I like that the water reservoir on this one is bigger, if I fill it completely I can get about 3 cups worth before refilling it. Also love the bigger cup option too - to fill a coffee thermos, it's perfect. I got this in red to match my red Kitchenaid mixer, looks great! |

This nifty little coffeemaker is difficult to find in stores, so I was glad to see it at Amazon. It saved my marriage because my spouse doesn't drink coffee (hates the stuff) and there's no pot to clean. Even though it comes with a huge mug, the coffee tastes best when you use it with a normal china mug or cup, and with beans that are ground fine. I'm on my second one -- it lasts about four to five years in daily use. Not bad for the money. I won't drink coffee that's been sitting for more than five minutes, so the Brew 'n Go is perfect. If you're the only Joe drinker in the house, it's an absolute must! |

Great for commuters, office professionals, and one-coffee-drinker households, this personal coffeemaker brews 15 ounces of coffee directly into a stainless-steel travel mug. The mug has a rubber handle for a safe grip and a lid to keep coffee hot. It's tapered to a 2-1/2-inch-diameter bottom, so it fits most vehicle cup holders. |
