public class AesCbcPaddingCipher
extends javax.crypto.CipherSpi

AesCbcPaddingCipher implements CipherSpi for the “AES/CBC/PKCS5Padding” transformation.

CloudHSM does not need a SecureRandom source, as the HSM handles randomness internally. Any source of SecureRandom passed to Cipher methods will be ignored.
