Tahgira is seen still in the massing model stage here. You can see that the placeholder pedestal on the upper plateau also has a placeholder bubble around it. In the initial design for Myst V, all of the pedestals were going to be enclosed in bubbles. The intermediate bubbles were going to play audio that let you hear what the Ages were like when they were still inhabited. With Myst V's incredibly tight production schedule, the audio bubbles had to be dropped.

Preliminary ice textures added.
October 5, 2004
Ice textures updated. Many of the sharp angles are rounded.
October 13, 2004
Lighting updated. A second texture layer for the ice added.
November 2, 2004
Second ice texture layer removed. Changes up on the plateau.
November 17, 2004
Snowfall added. Ladder updated and texture added. Placeholder pedestal replaced. Heat symbol added to ice wall behind the pedestal.
December 10, 2004
Lighting updated. Glow added to pedestal symbol. Pedestal moved, though still not in its final position.
