September 7, 2004
Here we see what the link-in point of Laki looked like when my adventure of taking these screenshots began. It's a lovely little scene, with placeholders for the Bubble, the pedestal, the trees, the textures, etc.

The rock behind the bubble has been shaped a bit. Temporary ferns have arrived. The difference in lighting is probably just due to my taking the picture at a slightly different time in the Laki day/night cycle. (Stinking day/night cycles messing with my vastly more important timelapses. ;)

Oh look. I remembered to let the cursor fade before taking the screenshot. The ferns are gone again.
