Initial thoughts: I bought this to try to even out some cellulite on the back of my thighs that doesn’t respond to diet or exercise. I did each thigh for 20 min total; switching between legs every 5 minutes to give my skin a rest. I used a combination of circular motions as well as up and down motions. It does hurt a little (I’m using a citrus based oil to help reduce friction) but it isn’t overwhelming. Your massaged areas will get an angry red color but it fades slowly over the next hour or so after using this tool. It leaves a pleasent tingly feeling in your skin after you use it that makes up for the initial discomfort. So far I am happy with this product.
