I was right! I love brushing my skin every morning before I shower. The exfoliation feels good. I can't say I feel more energized per se, but it has become part of my morning routine and I really enjoy it. I have only used the softer brush so far, but I have started applying more pressure, so I will try the firmer brush eventually. I tried the face brush but it felt a little too rough, so I don't use that piece. I like the long handle to reach the middle of my back, but especially appreciate that it is removable for when I travel (which is a lot for work). I like the strap on the brush because it gives me a better grip, but often I find myself not using it. I will say I think the skin on my inner thighs has firmed up since I started dry brushing. I won't be a bikini model any time soon, but I think it has made a notable difference and I'm pleased. Also, the packaging this set came in was top notch. Impressed.
