Ever since I spotted a short clip of RAIN at E3, I’ve had my eye on it. It reminds me of Ico; that simple idea of selfless acts for love of the unknown, and the rescue of that which you desire.

Of course, all that emotional and sentimental stuff can be so easily ruined with fiddly controls or a dodgy camera, or even stupid solutions to puzzles;

“Ohh! OF COURSE you feed the plant with Orange juice to unlock the hidden doooor” -- y’know?
