The musicality appartment and Tycoon Penthouse are great suggestion. I know of a couple music base club who will jump on Musicality.
But, of course I have to mention the Novus-Prime Officers quarters. A “themed” setting, just enough place for a meeting and the best personal sapce game. Even the zero-G simulator can be fun for everyone without a furniture slot cost.

For me, the big “needs to be a club” space is the LOOT Space Station. Ever since it came out, Homelings have been looking at it and thinking “MotherShip”. If the Flickr screens and Twitter feeds could work without the owner present, it would be an ideal club space.

The one space I see as a club skin, and have since it came out, is the Silicon Lounge. It is still arguably the biggest space in Home, has a built it dance floor that’s interactive, a stage that’s the same and like I said it is huge. The setting is night time and it is a beautiful space for making up your own games and putting them on. I put some ramps out there and people were using them to skateboard and skate off of. Minibots works well there as well, and I am sure the new DYI cars would as well. It has baked in furniture already around a campfire atmosphere and an underground area for people who want privacy. It would be the perfect club skin.
