It will be a sad time in Home when Sony one day pulls the plug. I’ve been on a few online games where that actually happened. Monster Hunter and Everquest Online Adventures just to name a few. It is really sad when you know the end is near, and on those such games you don’t know what to do in your final days. You want to unlock some items at certain levels before the time is up and you also want to enjoy your last moments with your friends. I know Home is more social than that, but still it was really sad seeing those games go when I invested so much time in them. And the same would be with Home. But it’s not only time we invested, it’s money too with all those personal spaces and items. So I would hope they would at least make an offline version so we can still keep those things at least. Great read Strom. I too would spend time with my friends and take a lot of pictures. I would also seek to keep in contact with the people who have meant so much to me. Some of them I already can outside of Home. Skype is a wonderful invention if you have it, and so is Google chat options. I think that the chatrooms on the PSN would get quite full as well, I think that the purchases for Eye Toys would increase so we could camera chat and see each other there too.
