On SecondLife in general there is an option on your ‘profile’ to be in a Partnership with another profile for $1000 Linden dollars. (which is close to $4 in real money)
It’s worth it if you both want to make it ‘Official’ that you are together. :)

There are ‘Pregnancy’ avatars in SecondLife (If you click on the stomach area, it tells you the status of the pregnancy, i.e.. How far she’s gone until birth)
The ‘baby’ itself, is kind of like a doll. Your avatar can hold it or play with it or watch it crawl around the floor.

Yes, I agree with Norse, Home would go nuts for something like this. (Pregancy Oufits) But I really don’t know how far Home developers want to go with this.
I’m really happy that Home citizens can ‘really’ marry now with the outfits that are on offer. I think it’s really cute. :)

When these items go public they are sure to sale lots. With so many relationships happening on PsHome Lockwood was smart to come out with these items during this time as well.

Now i need to run and get a new PSN card. Its funny about the pregnancy tops and strollers, I wouldnt put it past them for that to come out too.
I doubt I will be having a wedding on Home lol. But would love to attend some parties. I give great gifts!
On a side note, i was in the Hub the other day and a random person told me they loved me, so I said “lets get married”, they shut up quickly. Lol

Great article! I’m glad Homes designers took the brown wrapper off the marriage scene in Home. Relationships are a BIG part of Home. Go LOCKWOOD!!! This whole collection is beautiful! I love the place settings, and toaster. It fits so well in my Weekend Lake House…and others.
Thanks Burbie

Seriously. It’d make money. And I totally dig shared emotes between users. That needs to happen.

I wonder how long it will be before you can get a “married” status in Home. If they do that they could allow co-ownership of apartments and shared emotes. There’s quite a bit of possibility with a marriage concept in a virtual world.

Hehe. I just giggled at the thought of “pregnant tops” for female avatars.
