I am in there every day -- for hours -- and it is impressive. I especially love the hotel room saga -- what a great idea! I can imagine this evolving as it captures the imagination of the ‘creative’ folks who hang out in Home. There’s already a series of pics in the Forum of that hotel room as a crime scene. Can machinimas be far behind?

It sounds like they have alot of commitment towards home. I’m looking forward to seeing the new personal space and future updates to the casino. Since the space was released i’ve spent most of my time in home in that space.

@Anamri and @Burbie. It seems like it will be a cool space. One of the games in the new personal space has been confirmed as Liar’s Dice, or some variation of it. I’d have to look up the tweet again though. That is what is shown in the picture.

I’m really excited to see how the casino goes as well.

I for one am looking forward to seeing what the new personal space will offer. The games might convince me to buy it if they are user and friend friendly. I am being picky about buying personal spaces now as I have several I don’t even go to anymore for one reason or another.
I like the idea of trading in gaming credits you win at the casino for something in the gift store. That will be a great way for them to extend rewards without integrating them into the games themselves. We all know that upgrades are what bring people back to spaces they have already won everything at.

You were extremely thorough, and nice job getting the goods on what’s coming next! Well done! It seems like DL really listens to their audience, and I can’t wait to see that saloon and all that they are planning for the hotel room and casino next!

I only heard of Digital Leisure when Dirk costume hit Home. I’m sure I’d heard of them before, but until then the name hadn’t really stuck.

You’re absolutely right about their commitment to quality. I was running around the Dragon’s Lair apartment the other day in the Dirk costume, and was amazed at how well it came off. They really did a great job of transitioning that franchise into something visually appealing in Home. All of their work has been great.

I’ve known Digital Leisure since about 2000, when they first released Dragon’s Lair on DVD. I even got a chance to beta test Space Ace for them.

Their commitment to the source material on those discs was excellent, and I see the same quality in what they’ve brought to PlayStation Home. Looking forward to that Saloon space.
