Anybody here know NoOneIsImmune, or Sleepyjeans? I received a message today that NoOneIsImmune and SleepyJeans who were my friends in the EA Poker Room have also gotten married in real life now. SO: Coco and Sodium, Scott and Trish, Shearmadness and Bloked, and more… Must have been something in those free drinks at the tables. Ryan and RockStarVixen are in love, and Tonya and Luke are spotted together months after their big wedding in Home.

Which of you brave writers is willing to tackle this one as a topic? The poker pals are just one group. I will bet that beneath the Echochrome there has been some heavy breathing going on. And the Grey Gamers have been attracting a lot of new female members lately. Is Home replacing eHarmony?

Interesting Note: HBO is debuting a special tonight about online relationships.

Back to the topic of finding love online, this is something I’m not entirely comfortable with yet. It’s just the whole “You could be talking to a 40 year old man in Indiana” kinda puts me off. With that said, I have an account on OKCupid.

I think of it has me being a hopeless romantic giving something a chance.

Just want to say -- Personally love love. Love being in love. Love loving. Hate Valentine’s Day. Always have. Always will. There is something about it that just gives off the wrong rub. We should show our love each other every day. Having one day out of the year set aside for lovers makes no sense at all, and in many cases causes heartache and despair even to the best of couples. It can create anxiety and feelings of guilt. Too much pressure to “hurry up and do something for your significant other”. It’s not fair. Putting a deadline on “proving” love is stoopid. Just sayin

Many say love is blind. well in Home it really is. You don’t look at a person the same way you would in the real world because they aren’t in the real. You look at the heart, you look at the person, not the face, not the body. We all know that love is the most powerful emotion on the planet, much more powerful than its opposite. It is what drives us in our everyday lives, whether it is to find it or to live in it, we all need it to thrive.
