History: The Fort Casey military Reservation included numerous service buildings such as the 1906 water pump house.  It is now owned by the City of Coupeville and continues to be used as a pump house.

Description: Military Building.  Wood frame set on post and block foundation; rectangle (8’ x 18’); 3 bays wide; 1-story.
