History: This net house was built by one of the Smiths, possibly Frank, in the 1920’s. It is located on Good Beach, a small area along Penn Cove that was once owned by the Smith family.

Description: Vernacular beach cottage. Wood frame set on post and block foundation; rectangle (8’ x 15’) with extensions on east and south facades; 3 bays wide; 1-story.
