History: This cottage is believed to have been built from cedar chicken coops.  Ralph Smith built this place for his family.  At one time, the Smith’s owned all of Good Beach, and had cottages near the water that they rented out, some of which are still standing today.

Description: Vernacular Beach Cottage.  Wood frame, set on post and block foundation; rectangle ; 1 1/2-stores.
