Public accessibility: Private residence, no public access.

History: The Island county Assessor records show a date of 1928 for this house, but a long-time resident of the area believes it was built much later,  by a Mr. Brown, on a piece of land that had to be re-shaped.  It was nearly an island and very uneven, so trees were cut down and land was leveled in order to fill in the narrow section.  Ed Fisher bought the place in the 1940’s and was responsible for building the cobblestone retaining wall and terracing the yard. 

Description: Vernacular Beach Cottage.  Wood frame set on post and block foundation; rectangle (15’ x 20’) ; 3 bays wide; 1 1/2-stories.
