History: The John, Jr. and Jane Kineth farmhouse was constructed of lumber shipped from the Seattle-Tacoma area.  A local carpenter was contracted to build the house as well as the dairy barn, wood shed, and pumphouse.  The house has remained unchanged with the later additions being made to the pumphouse, and the construction of a workshop in 1913.  The house remained in the Kineth Family until c.1970.

Description: Vernacular Farmhouse.  Wood frame set on post and block foundation; rectangle (30’ x 24’) with large gable roof addition on east façade; 3 bays wide; 2-stories.
