History: This structure was built c. 1940 by Iver Powell as a squash storage barn. Gus Reuble purchased it in the early 1950’s and doubled the size of the structure by adding on the southern half. It is now used as a Pre-school/Day Care Center. 

Description: Vernacular Barn. Wood frame set on post and block foundation; rectangle; 1 ½-stories; shiplap siding; wood-shingled gable roof with extended eaves and exposed rafter ends; exterior sliding double door on south façade. Exterior features include 3 window openings on south façade; 2 gable-roofed cupolas along roof ridge line, fascia board, corner boards.
