History: This building was constructed in 1936 to house Tom Howell’s Barber Shop. In 1945, it was purchased by Lois May Hansen and run as a beauty shop until 1968. Since then, a variety of businesses have occupied the building.

Description: False Front Commercial. Wood frame set on post and block foundation; rectangle; 4 bays wide; 1-story; clapboard siding; asphalt-shingled saltbox roof with stepped parapet on false front; paired entrances on north façade with large pane sash on doors, and transoms, with plain surrounds; off-set interior chimney. Exterior features include large, single pane sash with 5-pane transom, plain surrounds, flanking entrance doors; 6/6 double-hung sash.
