History: Built c. 1900, this house was the Black family residence for many years. The house has been remodeled several times. The front entrance is no longer used and the main access to the house is through the door located on the south façade.

Description: Vernacular Farmhouse. Wood frame set on post and block/concrete foundation; T-shape; 1 1/2 stories; clapboard siding; wood-shingled gable roof with cross gable on east façade; off-center interior chimney.
