Description: Vernacular Beach Cottage. Wood frame set on post and block foundation; 3 bays wide; 1-story; wood shingle sidings; wood-shingled gable roof with extended eaves. Exterior features include multi-pane hinged sash with plain surrounds; exposed purlins and rafter end; shed roof porch with peeled log posts, boxed wood shingle railing, and side stairs.
