History: This house was built c. 1890 for Charles Angel, publisher of the Island County Sun. Additions have been made to the rear of the structure, the dormer added and some windows replaced over the years. The structure was re-shingled in 1981

Description: Vernacular Farmhouse. Wood frame set on post and block foundation; T-shape with 1-story gable roof addition on south façade; 2 bays wide; 1 1/2-stories; wood shingle siding; asphalt-shingled gable rood; exterior end chimney on south façade. Exterior features include 1/1 double-hung sash and single pane fixed sash with plain surrounds; gable roof dormer on west façade.
