History: Albert Kineth, a partner in the merchantile firm of Blowers & Kineth, had this house built in 1886. The lumber came from a mill at Utsalady on Camano Island. The house has remained a private residence and is currently a rental home. The porch on the north façade has been enclosed with multi-pane windows across the front. The original front door with transom and sidelights remains intact. A trellis was attached to the west façade and then later removed. The historic lines and massing of the house remain the same.

Description: Vernacular Farmhouse. Wood frame Set on post and block foundation; rectangle with 1-story gable roof addition on south façade; 2 bays wide; 1 1/2 stories; clapboard siding; asphalt shingled gable roof with extended eaves; off-center interior chimney. Exterior features include 2/2 double-hung sash; multi-pane fixed sash; front entry with sidelights and transom.
