History: Constructed in 1917 by Oak Harbor contractor, Otto VanDyk. Ray Maylor owned the house in the 1920’s, then Mr. Lee. From 1932-1951 the Higgins family resided in the house.

Description: Wood frame set on concrete block foundation. Rectangle (22’ x 18’); 3 bays wide; one and a half stories. Notable landscape features include garage with board and batten/shiplap siding.
